Design Notes

This is a 7x His tag rather than a 6x His tag because Tom Knight had heard anecdotally that 7x His is more effective than 6x His.

Both Histidine codons were used to minimize repeats.

An ATG start codon was used followed by a AAA second codon. AAA is the preferred codon in the second codon position in E. coli.
